Do you have an office I can visit?

Yes. Our office is at 2075 NW Grant Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330 and every visit is by appointment. Any member can be seen there, whether you live outside our 15-mile home-visit radius or simply prefer a more traditional setting.

What if I live outside the 15-mile radius?

You're welcome to join, at the same membership price. Families outside the home-visit area are seen at our Corvallis office at 2075 NW Grant Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330, or by telemedicine.

How do I book a meet-and-greet?

Pick a time on our scheduling page — it shows Dr. Rivers' open slots and takes about a minute. Use this form instead if you'd rather ask a question first, or if none of the listed times work.

How quickly will I hear back?

Dr. Rivers responds to inquiries within one business day, typically much sooner.
